Returns are impossible and customer service does not respondClicking the link for Orders/Returns on the website, and selecting me order, did not provide an option to make a return. No one contacted by after multiple attempts to contact customer service through the online form and by phone, no one contacted me back and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. One of my two orders took 1-2 weeks to ship and there was no communication as to why there was a delay, or that was even going to be a delay.

Can’t live without itI recently went to the dentist and got such a thorough cleaning that my teeth became very sensitive to hot and cold. My current tube of MI Paste had expired so I ordered a new one. Within just a couple of uses, the sensitivity was gone. I’ve sworn by this product for several years.
