    Very Bad Customer Support. No Communication

    Placed the order 2 days before. Never received any email confirmation on the order. No tracking number. Calling the customer care number , goes to voice mail. Sent email to customer care email ID. No reply. I should have listened to the earlier comments here.

    Item did not show up, despite USPS tracking # saying it did. I should not be the one having to follow up with the post office.

    Item still hasn't arrived and also never was provided with requested receipt containing the notes I made with the purchase. Have requested order be cancelled and the package returned (if it is ever found). Still awaiting response on this.
