The cleaning product works well enough, but a small bonus was included with my order--some sort of plastic device with "Dental Health Essentials" printed on it. Wanting to know what it was, I used their contact info to write to them, but no one bothered to get back to me. Not a big deal in this case, but if you needed to get customer service, I'm not sure you'd have any luck.
