Didn’t get refund asked and asked

I ordered two products one was incorrect so I went into my cart and sent them a message to cancel that order they didn’t send it to me so clearly they got the message however they still charged my account. They charged me $40 for two things when I only got one and it should’ve been $20 Extremely disappointed in this company they cannot give me my $20 back really I didn’t even get a product I got one thing but I got charged for two.
